The service

You upload an estimate PDF from Xactimate. We return an ESX file that imports into Xactimate, and a reconciliation sheet that sets our total against the PDF's own Line Item Totals row. Levelly is operated by Daniel Niño.

Your right to upload

By uploading a document, you confirm that you have the right to upload it and to use it for your work. You also agree that we keep it to improve how Levelly reads estimates, as the Privacy page explains.

Price

You see the result and the price before you pay. If some lines need a fix, you still get the ESX and the list of lines to fix, at the same price.

One per account with a confirmed email, for a PDF of up to 150 lines.

Paid when you convert, for a PDF of up to 150 lines.

Every conversion includes up to 150 lines. Each extra line is $0.25. If we cannot convert a file, you do not pay and none of your conversions is used.

Refunds

Conversions that were delivered are not refunded.To confirm

A file we could not convert is never charged, so there is nothing to refund.

What the sheet covers

This sheet checks the money only; the scope stays your call.

Ready to import means every line we read is in the ESX and the lines add up to the Line Item Totals row of the PDF. It does not say whether the estimate's scope is right.
